What is LED Neon?

FUSE specializes in LED neon, other times known as “neon flex” or “faux neon”. Our lights are handcrafted with a light weight, durable material that gives off similar aesthetics as traditional glass neon. This is a popular option due to its durability, safety, ease of installation & transportation. It also uses 5-10x less energy compared to traditional glass neon, which also acts as a cost saving & eco friendly solution.

Is it easy to install?

All our custom lights come with pre-drilled holes, and the choice of a floating wall mount or stainless steel cables for installation. 

How much energy does it use to power?

Faux Neon uses a fraction of the electricity at 24 volts, where traditional glass neon requires 15,000 volts.      

How long do our LED signs last?

The lifespan of LED neon lights are around 30,000 hours. All lights come with an on/off switch for energy saving.

Are these lights bright?

One of the biggest advantages of LED is how bright they can be! We also offer light dimmers where you can turn down the brightness as desired. 

How Much Does one Cost?

All lights are custom & handmade, with a starting fee of $400. Depending on size & complexity, it can be more or less than this price. Please use our website’s Custom widget to preview custom text signs, or send us an email for a more detailed project!

How Long Does it Take to Make?

Our usual turnaround time is 3-4weeks as soon as payment is received and order is confirmed.

• 12V power cord with light switch

Can you Make my logo?

In most cases- yes! While there are limitations to bending light, we’ve had a high success rate of transforming unique logos into a beautiful LED neon light. Email us your logo to get started. 

Do you do Rush Orders?

Yes. Rush orders can be completed with an additional cost as quickly as 1-2 weeks. The feasibility will depend on our current work schedule, please email us if you have an urgent project!

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes! Your light will come with a 3-month warranty on electrical components.
